Marketplace Seller Terms
The rules for selling templates and other listings on the Mass marketplace — licensing, payouts, refunds, and takedowns.
Effective date: June 15, 2026
These Marketplace Seller Terms govern your use of the Mass marketplace to list, sell, or distribute templates, funnels, and other digital items ("Listings"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. By submitting a Listing you agree to these terms.
1.Eligibility and Seller Account
To sell, you must have an account in good standing and provide accurate identity, tax, and payout information. You are responsible for activity under your seller account and for keeping your details current.
2.Your Listings
You represent and warrant that, for each Listing, you own it or have all rights necessary to sell and license it, and that it:
- Does not infringe any third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
- Contains no malware, hidden code, or undisclosed external dependencies;
- Is accurately described, including its features, limitations, and any third-party assets or licenses;
- Complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
3.License to Buyers
Unless a Listing specifies different, compliant license terms, you grant each buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use and adapt the purchased item for their own and their clients’ projects, and you agree not to revoke that license after purchase. Buyers may not resell the item as a stand-alone competing template.
4.License to Mass
You grant Mass a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, market, and distribute your Listings and related previews to operate and promote the marketplace and to deliver purchased items to buyers. This license ends for new sales when you remove a Listing, but survives for items already sold.
5.Pricing, Fees, and Payouts
You set your Listing prices within any limits we publish. Mass (and its payment processors) collect payment from buyers and pay you your share, net of the marketplace fee/revenue share and processor fees disclosed in your seller dashboard.
- Payouts are made on the schedule shown in your dashboard, subject to minimum thresholds and verification;
- You are responsible for your own taxes and for providing valid tax information; we may withhold where required by law;
- We may hold or offset payouts for suspected fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or policy violations.
6.Buyer Refunds and Chargebacks
Where a buyer is entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy or applicable law, or where a chargeback occurs, the corresponding amount (including fees) may be reversed or deducted from your balance. You agree to cooperate in resolving buyer disputes.
7.Prohibited Seller Conduct
- Circumventing the marketplace to avoid fees or to transact off-platform with buyers you met through Mass;
- Listing infringing, deceptive, or duplicate items, or manipulating reviews, prices, or rankings;
- Misusing buyer data obtained through a sale for any purpose other than fulfilling and supporting that sale.
8.Takedown, Suspension, and Termination
We may remove or disable Listings, withhold payouts, and suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these terms, are subject to a valid infringement claim, or pose a risk to buyers or the Services. Where practical and lawful we will give notice; for serious issues we may act immediately.
